Insurance Policy
We will gladly process your insurance claims, receive, and post credit form insurance payments to your account as a courtesy to you.
Some offices require that the patient pay upfront for services rendered. The patient is then responsible for submitting their own dental insurance claims and has to wait for the insurance to reimburse them.
Better insurance plans will cover a wider variety of services, while less expensive plans cover the least expensive treatment only.
The patient is getting what their employer pays for, because that is who chooses and pays for the plan initially. Insurance companies also make money by not paying on patient claims by denying certain services, or paying for less expensive treatment options.
The patient is ultimately responsible for the cost of treatment, no matter what insurance coverage is present.
If the patient has any concerns, problems, or dissatisfactions with their insurance coverage, they should discuss it with their Human Resources Manager at their place of employment.
Patients can also call the Sate Insurance Commissioner for help resolving issues with than insurance company.

Financial Arrangements
We offer the following payment options, which will help you maintain your optimal dental health:
- Payment in full may be made on the day of service. This will be collected immediately following your appointment.
- For multi-appointment procedures, such as crowns, bridgework, dentures, and soft tissue management programs, 50% of the fee is due at the beginning of treatment, and the complete balance is due before the completion of treatment.
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, and MasterCard.
Dental Insurance
Employer paid dental benefits, commonly referred to as “Dental Insurance”, have become a commonplace. All policies do have limitations, however, and do not cover 100% of the fees charged. For this reason, a copy of your dental benefit booklet will be needed to estimate your expected benefits. If your plan is unknown to our office, and a benefit booklet is not available, we will ask you to pay at the time of service, and for you to be reimbursed by your plan.
We will gladly complete and file all necessary forms free of charge. You are responsible for your balance at all times, regardless of expected benefits. We reserve the right to bill you for any unpaid balance.
Flexible Reimbursement Plans
Reimbursement plans, such as Flexible spending accounts and Direct Reimbursement plans repay you for paid and completed dental procedures. We will be happy to provide you with a printed receipt when your dental work is completed.
Appointment Times
We offer appointment times for the mutual benefit of the patient, doctor, and the staff. Please respect these appointment times. We will make every effort to see you at your appointment time. Because we work on a schedule, short notice cancellations or broken appointments affect everyone. Therefore, it is our policy to dismiss the patient after three broken appointments have occurred.
